“Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success” – Henry Ford
福特汽車創辦人亨利福特曾說過:「 相遇只是開始，共處才有進展，能持續協力合作則是成功。」
雖然這是一個關於團隊合作(Teamwork)的名句，
但如果微觀的來看待這句話，好比兩個人之間關係的經營;
或是在更微觀一點，你與你自己訂下的目標之間的經營，其實會有更深一層的體會
讓小英對這句話有體悟的原因之一，來自於每天工作上接觸到的，表示想把英文學好的人
很多人都有想把英文學好的想法，可能來自於外在環境突然的壓力(升學/工作/競爭)，
或有一個更美的夢，而燃起對學習的衝動，
於是與這樣的想法相遇了(An idea comes to mind: Begin to learn English!)
但有多少時候，在與目標共處(Keeping the progress)時，
我們連最簡單的惰性都克服不了，更別提在看見成果前那段沒信心的過程，
於是忙碌成了我們嘴上最好的藉口(延伸推薦: 如何掌控你的空閒時間How to gain control of your free time)
於是我們就在抱怨找不到有效方法的同時，覺得自己已經累到只想滑手機耍廢放空時，也沒想過去好好學1個新的英文單字也好
空想著要怎麼做個出人頭地的大人物，卻連貪睡晚起都還做不到，誘惑好多，較人怎能不分心?
至於經營(Working together with your goal)，也是我認為最難的，在於持之以恆
在Caroline Arnold的: Small Move, Big Change 中，我最喜歡的其中一句話就是 ”Practice makes permanent. ”
過去我們都習慣聽到Practice makes perfect，殊不知真的考驗其實是，風雨依然無阻的持之以恆
Permanence is all about forming habits.
持之以恆的經營你的目標，自然會變成生活中的習慣
